Natural Red Oak Refinish
This refinishing project, located near historic Downtown Lodi, likely hadn't been refinished for 50 plus years. We were able to transform a faded, dated, orange red oak floor, into a timeless bright space. No stain, just the natural, clear, beauty of the wood.

Natural Genuine Mahogany Refinish
This floor refinishing project, located in Victor CA, just outside of Lodi, is a one of a kind floor. Very seldom does any home in Lodi have an exotic wood of this caliber, let alone a historic 100 year old home. This home features genuine mahogany, which is extremely rare. As well as intricately crafted large borders found in every room of the home. The client and I together decided to show off the natural beauty of the mahogany with a natural clear sealer, and finished with Bona Traffic HD Satin for maximum protection. I'm so thankful I got to be apart of restoring this historic homes floors! It became truly a show stopper floor.

New White Oak & Walnut Border Installation/Site Finish
This was a special new installation completed in Lodi's wine country. Located near Davis road, this was a classic, early 20th century, craftsman style home. The homeowner while wanting an updated look was adamant about keeping the floors period correct. We matched to the existing flooring with solid white oak, and a double band walnut border. This was finished natural, with a whitener additive in each coat. Unique and custom to our clients home, these floors will continue to tell a personal story.

White Oak New Installation/Site Finish
This floor for our client in the Sunwest Area of Lodi, was truly unique. We installed approximately 800 square feet solid white oak. Featuring 3 different sizes (3-5-7 in.) of boards. All beautiful, rift and quarter sawn. We stained this floor with a classic Golden Oak and finished it with Bona Traffic HD Satin for maximum protection. We also installed custom, stained/finished alder baseboards to match the rest of the existing trim work. Unique & Beautiful!
